JOB DESCRIPTION FOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

• Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS).
• Posting Vendor Invoice.
• Petty Cash & Employee reimbursement Booking.
• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
• Handling Monthly Bills & Creditor Report List.
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounts payable processes.
• Maintain and update vendor files and records.
• Assist in Cash Flow Report.
• Manage payment schedules to ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Assisting for Payment Processing to creditors.
• Supporting for Audit finalization.

Requirement

Strong Accounting Knowledge.

Proficiency in Excel and word.

Proficiency in Tally Prime.
