Accounts Executive

Providing Merchant Acquiring Services to other Banks related to Payment Queries assistances.

Co-coordinating with Banks for daily files/reports to be required or to be shared for day-to day activities.

Daily monitoring escalated mails querying the reasons for escalations and ensuring that timely and correct resolutions are sent to customers.

Freshers will get the training from the Seniors.

Candidate must be good in communication and should be able to make a clear and cordial communication with banks and merchants. 

Candidate should be good with Tally ERP software

Master in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, Visio)

Prioritize workload and multi-task; flexible to changing priorities.
