Job Title:

US Staffing Accounts Executive (Fresher)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with US-based clients.
    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams to understand staffing needs.
  2. Account Management:
    • Support senior account executives in managing client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of staffing services.
    • Monitor and follow up on client feedback to improve service quality.
  3. Coordination with Recruitment Teams:
    • Collaborate with recruiters to identify, screen, and select candidates for open positions.
    • Communicate client requirements clearly to ensure the right talent is sourced.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for client interactions, candidate submissions, and placements.
    • Generate regular reports on account activity, recruitment progress, and performance metrics.
  5. Market Research:
    • Conduct research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive insights in the US staffing domain.
    • Stay updated on federal and state employment laws in the US.
  6. Negotiation and Contract Management:
    • Assist in negotiating terms, rates, and contracts with clients under the guidance of senior staff.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and US staffing regulations.
  7. Communication:
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress.
    • Address client queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  8. Process Improvement:
    • Contribute ideas to optimize internal processes and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Learn and adapt quickly to company tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and CRM software.
  9. Sales Support:
    • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and expanding client portfolios.
    • Support the team in achieving sales and revenue targets.
  10. Professional Development:
    • Attend training sessions to understand the US staffing industry, recruitment processes, and client management strategies.
    • Develop knowledge of niche skills and industries to provide specialized staffing solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (night shifts may be required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A quick learner with an interest in the US staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
