Accounts Executive

Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our finance team.

Job Description:

As an Accounts Executive at Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital, you will play a key role in managing the financial transactions and supporting the organization's financial operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and books of accounts.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and reconcile financial discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Manage petty cash and process payments as required.
• Support in the preparation of statutory returns, including GST, TDS, and other compliance matters.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary financial data.
• Coordinate with the finance team and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Handle any other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
