HiredScore is the newest addition to the Workday family!

HiredScore provides deeply integrated AI solutions to F500 recruiting, sourcing, DE&I, and talent management teams. We focus on supercharging our clients existing tech stack rather than adding and/or replacing. Core AI products include compliant and bias-free candidate scoring for active applicants and automated sourcing of passive candidates from existing ATS, CRM, HCM, VMS and other internal systems.

HiredScore also offers a first-of-its-kind Diversity AI Module that is on the forefront of innovation in the DE&I technology category. A fully customized offering that provides numerous products as part of the solution suite enabling enterprise organizations to truly move the needle on their organizational diversity goals.

We re looking for a group manager to join our growing Professional Services, Oversees team leads and creates a collaborative environment and equips your teams for success in order to help organize and prioritize work assignments, assist on client calls when needed, develop and update processes, and help manage escalated clients. A successful candidate helps ensure metrics are accurate, follow up on areas needing improvement, and celebrate team wins. This role is one of an emerging people leader in a past growing unit. You will gain experience working with HiredScore s executive team, development and product teams, client success teams, and our client s senior leadership.

About the Role

  • Lead a cross-functional group, while acting as a Subject matter expert on HiredScore products implementation and processes
  • Oversee all aspects of team building, including hiring, training, mentorship, and professional development
  • Coach and mentor team members to optimize performance, facilitate career growth, and support personal development
  • Provide comprehensive team guidance encompassing daily operations, client interactions, and on-demand client calls, serving as the primary escalation point for all issues
  • Drive application development scrum teams to deliver customers features and innovations
  • Understand clients needs, and current workflows and design HiredScore implementation plan to address those needs, and offer creative solutions to implementations
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition of accounts from sales to launch, training, post-launch, and adoption
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize, plan and deliver exceptional experiences for our customers
  • Personify and promote the Workday values of Employees, Customer Service, Innovation, Integrity, Fun, and Profitability

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years as people manager
  • +3 years experience as a team lead of Technical Project Manager/ Implementation Manager/ Professional Services Manager
  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical or Project Implementation Management
  • 2+ years of experience managing managers
  • Experience managing SW Development teams
  • Experience working in a SAAS company selling to enterprise clients in a global environment.
  • Strong Hands-on Experience in implementing SAAS products / Professional services in a Software Delivery environment including configurations, system integrations, etc.
  • Team player with the ability to self-manage and execute projects from scratch
  • Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversity
  • The ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter experts
  • Experience in a high-growth company.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work with clients to resolve complex issues and address escalations
  • Process-focused, with strong problem-solving ability - always looking for better ways to achieve a goal
  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret client business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressure
  • Affinity for technology and deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle

Other Qualifications:

  • A good understanding of current IT standards, applications, User Acceptance Testing, and trends - preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with ticket and knowledge management tools such as JIRA & Confluence
  • Industry knowledge of HR Tech Industry
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
