Angular Engineer

• Help build out client solutions and deliver a modern and highly responsive web-based user interface
• Design, develop, and deliver applications and user interfaces that are fully functional, provide a high-quality user experience, and overcome scalability issues
• Help to build out other mobile apps, web solutions, coupon solutions, menus, etc. for fast-food clients
• Spearhead development of the company s next-generation hybrid-mobile platform using latest technologies and techniques, internally championing and supporting adoption across a global development team
• Develop world-class mobile apps through the identification of frameworks, libraries, techniques, and strategies
• Ideate new framework features that determine feasibility and drive meaningful innovations
• Implement and maintain (with the support of our DevOps team) the web CI/CD pipeline to be used across engineering teams
• Stay informed on the latest development tooling and process norms to ensure best practices in engineering standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish the deployment and software standards
• Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to provide estimates for crucial web implementation roadmap items
• Keep up with the Play/App store requirements, application capabilities, and trends to help inform the product teams on possible roadmap features, including implementation breakdowns and prototypes
• Work closely with the Design team to develop design systems, user interaction, and navigation standards to be used across multiple applications
• Work closely with engineering teams to assure that established standards are appropriate for developer creativity, throughput, and consistency
• Provide technology mentoring and training to ensure the success of development teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years in professional web/mobile development using the latest techniques
• Solid expertise in the principles of application architecture and implementation across different frameworks (NativeScript, React Native, Xamarin, Ionic, Flutter)
• Prolific skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and a robust understanding of CSS
• Track record of publishing and managing mobile apps in the Apple App Store/Google Play Store and Facebook
• Understanding of performance and platform limitations of mobile applications and the ability to collaborate on mitigation techniques
• Profound skills in translating technical requirements into less complex work tasks
• Proficiency in evaluating problems and implementing solutions that enhance various software aspects like architecture, usability, performance, reliability, scalability, level-of-effort, and time-to-market
• Understand and support software delivery lifecycle, including the design, implementation, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, release, and maintenance
• Solid collaborative skills to work efficiently with various staff disciplines, including account, product, analytics, and QA teams
• Familiarity with interface guidelines to collaborate in the development of quality mobile UX and iOS/Android peculiarities
• Sound documentation skills with the ability to create high-level and detailed design documents explaining architectures and other implementation plans
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English and other languages is a plus
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Ability to perform well without any micromanagement and complete assigned tasks assertively
