Job Description

About the Role

Work closely with business partners to understand business processes, goals and gaps. Collaborate with Business Technology development teams and other business analysts in the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Create user stories and use cases to articulate system functionality.
Solution Design and Configuration:
- Design and configure Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Leverage Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality and AppExchange solutions.
- Develop custom solutions using declarative tools (workflows, process builders, flows).
- Collaborate with developers for complex customizations and integrations.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify and document defects and work with developers to resolve them.
Project Management:
- Manage small to medium-sized Salesforce projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Track project progress and report on key milestones.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
- Deliver training to end-users on new or enhanced Salesforce functionality.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.

About You

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business analysis or related field
3+ years experience with ERP finance systems to include GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing and Budgets a must
3+ years experience implementing, administering, and integrating SaaS software and/or Workday
3+ years experience with Salesforce and integration

Other Qualifications

Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications are preferred.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks 1 and prioritize effectively.
- Strong understanding of business processes.
