Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Welcoming the Guest /Visitors
• Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take messages
• Manage the front office reception area
• Receive and distribute incoming mail and courier packages
• Maintaining MIS for Inward and outward couriers
• Receiving Invoices from site, maintain invoice tracker on daily basis. Consolidate the data and send it to the concern department.
• Maintaining tracker for Vender Bills.
• Maintaining courier bill tracker and forwarding it to respective department.

Candidate should be fluent in English ,Hindi, Kannada
