Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Management:

• Optimize website content using SEMrush and on-page SEO techniques.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics.
• Ensure seamless website design and user experience improvements.
• Oversee website maintenance, including uptime, monitoring, and backup.

2. Booking Engine & Package Management:

• Maintain the resort booking engine and ensure smooth functionality.
• Adapt and implement new features as required.
• Create and manage new packages.

3. Website Analytics & Reporting:

• Configure and manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)- Generate custom reports and traffic analysis.
• Build funnels and analyze traffic data using GA4 and Search Console.

4. WhatsApp Business API (WABA) Management:

• Design and publish templates following best practices.
• Manage outreach campaigns and create reports.
• Configure and manage CTWA, catalogs, and carousels.
• Explore new WhatsApp features and implement relevant updates.

5. Chatbot Maintenance:

• Monitor and resolve chatbot issues regularly, Update and train the chatbot to handle FAQs and new features.
• Explore and implement new functionalities for automation.

6. OTA (Online Travel Agency) Management:

• Manage ticket rates, calendar, and inventory on OTAs, List upcoming events and ensure timely content updates.
• Explore potential OTA platforms and onboard them.

Other Responsibilities

• Implement integrations for chatbot, WhatsApp APIs, payment gateways, and other tools.
• Collaborate with IT for landing page creation and website updates.

Optimize and maintain profiles on Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, Bing Maps, and TripAdvisor.

A Qualified candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing/ product marketing role primarily in startups
• Proven track record of running marketing campaigns across growth channels like whatsapp business, email, push notifications, RCS etc
• Proficiency using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Customer data platforms like MO-engage, webengage/ clevertap, Conversational engagement tools like gupshup
• Have detailed understanding on designing the funnel & user journey in growth channels using CDP tools
• Stellar research, presentation, content-writing, communication, project & program management skills
• Have an understanding of OTA platforms like bookmyshow
• Experience providing feedback on improving user experience & design on website to boost order through rates
• Hands on experience on handling APIs
• Understanding of basic SEO and capability to provide insights and inputs to the tech team via tools like SEMrush, google search console
