Google Tag Manager (GTM)/Firebase Expert.

Role Overview :

A GTM/Firebase Expert is responsible for implementing and managing advanced tracking, analytics, and event management strategies using Google Tag Manager and Firebase.

They must effectively communicate these functionalities to stakeholders and ensure datadriven decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager containers and tags, ensuring proper event tracking across web and mobile platforms.

- Implement Firebase features, such as Analytics, Remote Config, and Cloud Messaging, to optimize app performance and user engagement.

Analytics & Reporting :

- Define and track custom events, goals, and conversions for business objectives.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work with developers, marketers, and business stakeholders to align tracking and analytics strategies.

- Clearly communicate GTM/Firebase functionalities and insights to non-technical audiences.

Optimization & Troubleshooting :

- Continuously optimize tracking strategies to enhance user insights.

- Debug issues in GTM or Firebase using tools like Google Analytics Debugger or Chrome DevTools.

Training & Documentation :

- Create documentation and training materials for stakeholders on GTM and Firebase best practices.

- Provide workshops or presentations to explain advanced features and use cases.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Firebase, including advanced features.

- Strong understanding of JavaScript, data layers, and event tracking methodologies.

- Experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery integrations.

- Ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
