Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tealium Marketing Solutions Specialist to lead the implementation, optimization, and management of Tealium's suite of tools, including Tealium iQ Tag Management, AudienceStream, and integrations with broader MarTech platforms.

This role is pivotal in ensuring effective data segmentation, personalization, and compliance with global data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Tealium iQ Tag Management : Set up, configure, and maintain tags to track user behavior, ensuring accurate data collection across websites and applications.

- AudienceStream (Segmentation & Personalization) : Develop and optimize audience segmentation and real-time personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement.

- Data Privacy & Compliance : Ensure data collection practices align with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations, implementing robust consent management processes.

- Integration with MarTech Ecosystem : Collaborate with teams to integrate Tealium with tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, CRM platforms, and other marketing and analytics technologies.

- Reporting & Optimization : Generate insights from collected data to identify opportunities for optimization and business growth.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to align technical implementations with business objectives.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Address and resolve issues related to tag performance, data quality, and platform configurations.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tealium iQ Tag Management and AudienceStream.

- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

- Data Privacy Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and consent management frameworks.

- MarTech Expertise : Proven experience integrating Tealium with CRM and broader marketing technology ecosystems.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in Tealium products (Tealium iQ, AudienceStream).

- Familiarity with server-side tagging and CDPs (Customer Data Platforms).

- Experience with A/B testing platforms and personalization tools.
