Chartered Accountant (0-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1) Financial Management & Compliance o Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records.

2) Handle GST, TDS, and income tax filings and ensure statutory compliance. o Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and cost control measures.

3) Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other financial regulatory frameworks.

4)Merchant Banking & Financial Advisory o Assist in IPO, debt syndication, and private equity transactions.

5) Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis. o Support M&A transactions, capital raising, and investment structuring.

6) Prepare and review offer documents, agreements, and regulatory filings.

7) General Accounting & Operations o Manage bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and vendor payments.

8) Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

9) Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 6months of post-qualification experience.

- Experience or exposure to merchant banking, investment banking, or corporate finance preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), SEBI regulations, and taxation laws.

- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial modeling tools.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
