Job Description: Principal - Financial Due Diligence and Transaction Support
Experience: 10+ years
Location: Dubai
Role Overview:
- As a Principal, you will lead and scale the Financial Due Diligence and Transaction Support practice across the Middle East, positioning our advisory services as a prominent player in the market.
- This dynamic role requires you to manage end-to-end financial due diligence engagements, drive business development initiatives, and establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including PE funds, sovereign funds, HNIs, and family offices.
- With a focus on excellence and growth, you will spearhead the expansion of our services beyond Dubai, shaping the firm's future in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Due Diligence:
- Lead financial due diligence engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Analyze target companies' financial statements, historical performance, and operational risks, identifying potential deal breakers and key value drivers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational specialists, to deliver comprehensive insights.
Client Engagement:
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor on financial matters.
- Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations tailored to clients' objectives and transaction goals.
- Anticipate client needs, proactively addressing concerns to enhance satisfaction and trust.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations to secure engagements.
- Work closely with senior leadership to devise strategies for expanding the firm's client base and service offerings across the Middle East.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support career growth within the team.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning to enhance team capabilities.
Role Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Proven leadership experience, including P&L management and team oversight.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools.
