Job Description

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Shift: US/Night Shift (7:30pm 4:30am IST)

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Work from Office only



Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle cold calls to convert leads into potential customers.
  • Manage pressure situations effectively during peak periods.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets by achieving sales goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Conduct sales consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work in US/Night shifts (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
