Job Summary

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager at Web Neural Infotech, you will be responsible for overseeing and growing the company's affiliate marketing programs. Your role includes recruiting and managing affiliates, optimizing affiliate campaigns, tracking performance, and driving revenue growth through partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding our reach and driving customer acquisition for AI, ML, and Big Data-driven solutions by leveraging affiliate networks and relationships.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-building, has strong negotiation skills, and is passionate about driving performance-based marketing strategies.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Management : Develop, execute, and manage affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.

Recruitment : Identify and recruit high-performing affiliates, influencers, and partners who align with the company s goals and values.

Campaign Optimization : Monitor, optimize, and adjust affiliate campaigns to maximize ROI and drive high-quality leads and conversions.

Performance Tracking : Use affiliate platforms and tracking tools (e. g. , HasOffers, Impact) to measure campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.

Negotiation : Negotiate commission structures and incentives with affiliates to ensure profitability and growth.

Content and Creative Support : Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing assets and content that affiliates can use to promote products effectively.

Reporting : Prepare regular reports on affiliate marketing performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.

Compliance and Guidelines : Ensure affiliates comply with the company s terms, conditions, and marketing guidelines.

Market Research : Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for affiliate growth.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Affiliate Marketing Platforms : Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ Affiliate, Rakuten, or ShareASale.

Data Analysis : Strong knowledge of performance tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc. ) to measure campaign success.

Negotiation : Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable terms with affiliates.

Digital Marketing : Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing, to support affiliate campaigns.

Relationship Building : Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills to foster positive working relationships with affiliates.

Content Management : Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and creating or managing marketing materials.

Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify issues, and propose solutions to optimize affiliate marketing efforts.

Project Management : Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and affiliates simultaneously.

Qualification & Experience Required

Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications (Preferred) :
- Google Ads Certification , HubSpot Inbound Marketing , or Affiliate Marketing-specific certifications .
Experience :
- 2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and partnerships, ideally in the tech or SaaS industries.
