Marketplace Manager (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Marketplace Management :

• Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines to maintain account health.

Sales and Performance Optimization :

• Analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Strategically plan and execute advertising campaigns such as Sponsored Ads, Lightning Deals, and other promotional activities.
• Optimize product visibility through keyword research, SEO, and content enhancement.

Inventory and Order Management :

• Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock availability to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Customer Relationship Management :

• Address customer queries, concerns, and reviews promptly and professionally.

Collaboration and Reporting :
