- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey research findings clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. A Master's degree or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is preferred.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or related financial roles.
- Demonstrated track record of successful investment analysis and recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or Reuters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
