Job Summary

As an SEO/SEM Specialist at Web Neural Infotech, you will develop and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings and maximize ROI from paid search campaigns. Your responsibilities will include conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, managing PPC campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. You will play a key role in enhancing the online visibility of AI, ML, and Big Data-driven solutions while driving targeted traffic and conversions.

This role is suitable for freshers with a strong understanding of SEO/SEM and experienced professionals passionate about digital optimization.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • SEO Optimization : Conduct on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Keyword Research : Identify and analyze relevant keywords to target across content, SEO, and SEM campaigns.
  • Content Optimization : Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO best practices, including meta tags, alt text, and headings.
  • PPC Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ads.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
  • Competitor Analysis : Conduct regular competitor audits to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Link Building : Develop and execute backlink strategies to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
  • Reporting : Prepare detailed reports on SEO and SEM performance, including traffic, rankings, and ROI insights.
  • Algorithm Updates : Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • SEO Tools : Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
  • PPC Platforms : Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social media advertising platforms.
  • Web Analytics : Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
  • Content Management : Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal for on-page SEO.
  • Keyword Research : Expertise in tools like Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, or AnswerThePublic.
  • HTML and CSS : Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and schema markup for technical SEO.
  • Competitor Analysis : Skills in auditing competitor websites and campaigns to refine strategies.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve campaign performance.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Education : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Certifications (Preferred) :
    • Certifications such as Google Ads Certification , HubSpot SEO Certification , or Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) .
  • Experience :
    • Freshers with hands-on project experience in SEO/SEM are encouraged to apply.
    • 1-3 years of experience in SEO/SEM or digital marketing is preferred.
