Job Description

Job Summary

As an AI Ethics Researcher at WN Infotech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our AI technologies are developed and deployed responsibly and ethically. You will contribute to shaping our AI strategies, policies, and practices to align with ethical principles and societal values.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Conduct research on ethical considerations related to AI development, deployment, and use.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical principles into AI design and implementation processes.
Stay updated on emerging ethical issues, regulations, and best practices in the field of AI ethics.
Develop guidelines, frameworks, and tools to promote ethical decision-making throughout the AI lifecycle.
Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on ethical AI practices.
Engage with external stakeholders, including policymakers, researchers, and advocacy groups, to contribute to the broader discourse on AI ethics.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong background in computer science, artificial intelligence, or related fields.
In-depth understanding of ethical theories, principles, and frameworks relevant to AI.
Experience with conducting research and analysis on ethical issues in technology.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualification & Experience Required

Master's or Ph. D. degree in computer science, ethics, philosophy, or a related field.
Minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in AI ethics research or related roles.
Demonstrated track record of publications or contributions to the field of AI ethics.
Experience working in industry or academia on projects involving AI development or deployment is preferred.
