Job Description


As a Key Account Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with key clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and maximizing the value of the companys products and services. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the companys products and services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of key clients.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to key clients, including performance metrics, project updates, and upcoming developments.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the IT or software industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Qualification & Experience Required
