Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Analyst to join our growing organization in National accounts billing team in Indore. In these positions, he/she will be responsible working on the vendor invoice reconciliation and billing work for the national accounts customers. This job role requires Good accounting experience with good communication skills as he/she needs to work with the customers and sales team .

Responsibilities

• Should have relevant experience in billing and reconciliation workstream
• Prepare monthly reports & timely SOP updating.
• Proven experience as Billing Specialist
• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Results-driven and patient
• High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness

The applicant must fit the below criteria:

• BCOM graduate must, postgraduate- MBA may be a plus.
• Willingness to work in any business shift - Fixed and rotational.
• Should be at Jr Analyst (minimum 12 months) in WM India.
• Good to have a strong understanding on accounting fundamentals.
• Capable to manage multiple priorities and meet necessary delivery dates.
• Good attendance records, no unplanned leaves & LWP reported while with WM India.
• Minimum rating for the last 2 appraisals should be - Effective.
