Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress toward goals.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues.
• Resolve issues through voice & email support.
• Collaborate with leadership and US stakeholders to align training strategies with business goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Only graduates can apply.
• Experience Range - 4 years to 8 years experience with International BPO/KPO.
• International Voice & Email support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is an added advantage.
• Should be flexible to work in US shifts.
