UI/UX Designer

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Developer to design and implement intuitive, visually engaging, and high-performing user interfaces for our e-commerce and retail platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user needs, a knack for detail, and a strong foundation in both design and front-end development. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring the best digital experience to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Design: Create user-friendly interfaces and flows that prioritize functionality and aesthetics, ensuring seamless user experiences across all digital platforms.

Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and refine concepts for stakeholder reviews.

Responsive & Adaptive Design: Build interfaces that are visually appealing and functional across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile), optimizing for various screen sizes.

Front-End Development: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to translate UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive front-end applications.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align designs with business goals and brand guidelines.

User Testing & Feedback Integration: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience and interface performance.

Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up with the latest UI/UX and front-end development trends, integrating best practices to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or skincare/derma sectors.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.

Design Tools: Strong command of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).

Portfolio: Demonstrated work examples that showcase a solid understanding of user-centered design and front-end implementation.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and user needs.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance optimization techniques.

Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.

Experience with A/B testing and data-driven UX design decisions.
