Wishlink is on a mission to revolutionize the creator economy and redefine how people shop. Were all about providing every user with a highly personalized shopping experience guided by creators, so they can find exactly what they want, in a very short time, while improving their online shopping experience severalfold. We are shaping a new era at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet- e-commerce and social media .

Wishlink was founded by 3 friends from college, Chandan , Shaurya , and Divyansh , with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did)! We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum Elevation Capital .

The way people shop online is changing. Users are tired of spending hours browsing humongous catalogs on eCommerce marketplaces just to find a single piece of apparel they like. They need curation, and they need trusted reviews - which is what Wishlink is bringing with the help of content creators. Wishlink is at the forefront of this change, enabling users to shop in an easier and more exciting way.

In just 2 years of existence, Wishlink is used by over 900k users daily to discover and shop products online. This number has grown over 3x in the last 4 months.

Wishlink is all about its people . Our business and engineering teams a re young and energetic, come from stellar backgrounds, and are dedicated towards a common goal. Also, we have a LOT of fun!

We have grown remarkably in the last 3 years and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, HM, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

• Watch Reels and YouTube videos every day level up on your lifestyle game!
• Own impactful problem statements on the Business side of things, ultimately leading to scaling Wishlink to 5X in the next 5 months. Problems include,
• Cold start problems (0 to 1) - establish new categories and verticals
• Scaling problems (1 to 10) - establish scalable processes and teams
• Get deeper into pressing Business Problems by:
• Working closely with the founding team to understand business goals and own business initiatives in alignment with the overall company goals
• Coming up with an overall strategy and then EXECUTING!
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document existing business processes and identify areas of improvement
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
• Discover creator problem statements and come up with possible solutions
• EXECUTE end-to-end
• Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Take learnings from data and iterate on the overall strategy with very short feedback cycles

If you are a content creator yourself or have worked closely in the social media space - we like you already :)

• Bachelors/Masters degree from Tier-1 colleges Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a Program Manager, Founder s Office, EIR, Chief of Staff at a fast-paced startup
• Strong ability to work independently, and build processes that scale
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer empathy strong communication skills - the ability to get deep into how the customer thinks, understand their pain points and come up with solutions/ improve value proposition
• Very comfortable with handling large datasets and well-versed in data-driven decision-making - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL is a plus
• Awesome communication skills, to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
• Open to learning new stuff (super important)
• Humble, kind, empathetic and open to feedback (super duper important)
