Location : Shirwal - Pune, Abroad viz USA, Mexico, Germany, France, Turkey, Vietnam , Romania, etc.

Qualification - B.E/ Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation

Experience- 6 to 15 years of experience in similar industry

Exposure- Experience in Automation Systems, Material Handling systems, Conveyors, SPM.

Robot Make- Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, Comau, Mitsubishi, Siemens, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities -
1. Robot teaching and touch up
2. User frame setting
3. TCP setting
4. Part programming, understanding and diagnostic
5. Handshaking / Communications with - PLC and other controllers
6. Zone setting
7. Offline part program development
8. Knowledge of robotic application
9. Robot options knowledge
10. Knowledge of robot advance features like tool payload setting, calibration, collision setting.
11. Ability to manage 3 members
12. Optional - 2D and 3D integrated vision
13. Robot hands on knowledge on expert instructions
