Lead Member -Design Electrical / Controls

Job : Lead Member - Design Controls - P1 / P2

Exp : 9 to 15 yrs

Exposure : Material Handling Conveyor Systems, Robotic Integration Systems, Gantry Systems, SPM, Powertrain assembly lines and e mobility projects in automotive industry

Purpose of Job : Controls system design, Review the project design data, communicate and execute the task from the team down the line

Responsibilities :

Selection of Components

PLC, VFD, servo, drives, sensors, switchgears, relays

Knowledge of Fieldbus like Ethernet TCP/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Serial Communication

Basic Level of Human Safety devices like light curtains, area scanner, gate switch

Manage 2-4 team members

Listing and Releases of CBO (Critical Bought out)

Understanding and review of electrical drawing

Preparation of List of makes and Architectures, DAP document

Preparation of Budget

Preparation of IO List

Preparation of functional analysis and Risk analysis

Review of Design (electrical, pneumetic, hydraulic drawings in E plan for the systems)

Resolve build issues

Authorities :

BOM Releases

ERP Code creation

Vendor Interaction

Take decision on build issues, design issues to get resolved.
