Rpa Business Analyst

Must have skills:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• At least 2-3 years of relevant BA experience in requirement gathering, process mapping using BPMN modelers
• Should have experience working as business Analysist in managing projects in F&A domain- PTP, O2C, RTR
• Good knowledge and experience of process mapping tools like Visio, BPMN 2.0 Modeler like Signavio or Camunda Modeler
• Knowledge and experience in architecting integrated solutions in combination of BPMN, RPA, AI/ML
• Understanding the business processes and calculating the benefits of automating the process

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients and business functions to gather requirements for setting up the BPMN workflow
• Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision
• Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, use cases, and scenarios
• Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Work closely with client partners to identify process improvement opportunities
• Client interactions for business clarifications and sign-off
• Customer walkthrough of business process and daily status reporting
• Create test cases for testing environment, and client
• Certifications or demonstrable knowledge of: BPM/Lean/Six Sigma/Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is an added advantage
