About the Role:

Oblytech is looking for an experienced RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere bot migration to ServiceNow RPA Hub. This is a remote role, requiring deep experience in RPA bot migration, process automation, and ServiceNow RPA integration.

As part of this role, you will work on transitioning existing Automation Anywhere bots to ServiceNow RPA, ensuring seamless execution, performance optimization, and automation improvements. You will also support workflow development, automation troubleshooting, and RPA bot deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Migrate existing bots from Automation Anywhere to ServiceNow RPA Hub, ensuring high accuracy and minimal downtime.
• Develop and optimize RPA workflows within ServiceNow RPA Hub, improving automation efficiency.
• Troubleshoot bot migration challenges, debug execution issues, and ensure seamless automation.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and integration teams to align bot functionality with enterprise workflows.
• Implement best practices in RPA governance, security, and compliance.
• Optimize existing Automation Anywhere bots before migration to improve performance and scalability.
• Work on API integrations and ServiceNow workflows to enhance automation capabilities.
• Document automation processes, migration steps, and optimization strategies for future scalability.
• Support testing and validation of migrated bots to ensure accurate process execution.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism).
• Strong hands-on experience in migrating bots from Automation Anywhere to another RPA platform.
• Experience with ServiceNow RPA Hub (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere A2019/A360, including bot scripting, workflow automation, and integration.
• Strong API integration knowledge (REST/SOAP) for automation and system interactions.
• Scripting experience (JavaScript, Python, or VBScript) to enhance bot functionality.
• Knowledge of process automation best practices, including exception handling, error logging, and bot governance.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for RPA bot optimization.
• Ability to work with ServiceNow developers to integrate RPA solutions into enterprise workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Certifications:

• Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (Master/Expert Level)
• ServiceNow Certifications are a plus
• UiPath or Blue Prism certifications (if applicable)
