What are we looking for?

Someone who is passionate about people and helping businesses deliver business outcomes.

Prior background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) domain with at least 5+ years of work experience of which at least 3+ years are in OCM.

Individually own and deliver change management activities such as Change Strategy, CIA, CRA, TNA, etc.

Awareness and understanding of different Organizational Change Management approaches.

Experience of driving change adoption for large scale technology implementation preferably in one of the following areas:SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Cloud, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SFDC, Workday, RPA, Blockchain.

Ability to effectively manage and work with cross cultural teams.

Willingness to travel for short / long term to client location (Domestic as well as International).

Support T&C leaders in practice and business development.
