Roles & Responsibilities - Monitor day-to-day operations and management for customer (LAN & WAN) Network infrastructure.
- Configuring, Troubleshooting & Maintaining WAN/LAN/Wireless customer infrastructure
- Managing and monitoring Aruba SDWAN, WAN, LAN and Wireless Network infrastructure
- Evaluate the compatibility of new standards, Architecture, and designs with the existing Infrastructure
- Participate and support the technical design of the services delivered and recommend improvement over the term
- Create & Maintain network documentation (Runbook, SOPs) and procedures
- Network Security knowledge with hands-on skill on firewalls (Palo Alto, ASA, Cisco ISE and ClearPass)
- Knowledge and hands-on skill on Load balancers (A10, F5 LTM)
- Strong knowledge on DNS, DHCP, IPAM and Proxy administration
- Able to take handover from project team as required
- Responsible for implementing best practice/hardening
- Managing and monitoring of log files of network devices
- Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports
Regular audit of network devices and take corrective action accordingly
- Performance Management & Optimization
- Should be able to lead P1 / P2 Outage Bridge call and resolve the issue to restore the services.
- Root Cause Analysis
- Coordination with multiple vendors
- Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets.
