Network Support Engineer- L2/ L3 support

Role & responsibilities

• Network support Managing the LAN Devices e.g (Switches) and Wireless Devices, (Access points & controller), router, firewall of the Clients.
• Install new devices and configure remotely configuration details need to share by local team.
• Install and configure radio communication devices configuration detail of devices need to share by local team.
• Managing and handling the WLC devices on the GUI mode.
• Using the Service now ticketing tool to Handle the user incidents and Alerts.
• Handling the Service alerts with proper hygiene quality push it closures within agreed SLA.
• Taking the monthly Backup for all the switches.
• Co ordinating for the LCON or internet related issue working together to fix the issue possible
• Co ordinating for the SDWAN team for SDWAN related issues.
• Handling the User request and working on to full fill the requirement.
• Preparing SOP, SoW, LLD and HLD for network infra.
• Hardening for all devices.
• Attend and close audit points.
• Coordinate with Zscaler, GWAN team, Local Team & ISP team.
• Design and configuration of new network devices or Project work will be through commercial CR.
• Bulk activity need go through commercial CR.
• Usage of network monitoring tool.
• Network performance.
• Security compliance of network device
• Network experience. They should handle and guide local team.
• Managing LAN, WLAN, WAN, WLC and APs
• Backup engineer should available to replace easily.
• Share weekly report.
• Daily report monitoring, weekly network performance report.
