Purchase Executive

• Ensure that all day-to-day emails are checked and replies are sent on time
• Taking quotation from supplier and negotiating the prices.
• Preparing purchase order in ERP
• Follow up with supplier for materials.
• Checking invoice/material as per PO Material received.
• Coordinating with service department for the materials
• Co-ordinating with accounts for supplier payment.
• Co-ordinating with production team.
• Review and resolve supplier invoice discrepancies
• Assist in managing weekly order status reporting
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Strong Communication

Exp.- 2-5 Years (Manufacturing Industries)

Qualification - Diploma Mechanical, BE Mechanical or equivalent
