Manager - Corporate Planning & Analysis - Company Secretary (3-6 yrs)

- Experience required: 3-6 yrs post articleship.

- Should be working in a listed company.

- Should have experience in handling the corporate compliances under the Companies, Act, 2013 and other Corporate Laws

- Should be ensuring compliance to be made under the Companies Ac, 2013 and other corporate laws i.e. filing of forms returns, etc. with ROC, Ministry of Company Affairs, maintenance of statutory records and registers, etc.

- Should be ensuring various compliances under the SEBI Listing Regulations with NSE and BSE

- Should have done implementation of Corporate Governance practices, furnishing of financial results, shareholding pattern, compliances under SEBI takeover Code, SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, SEBI (SBEB) Regulations, etc.

- Should be conducting Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings, other Committee Meetings and prepare Notices, Agendas and Minutes of the Board.

- Should have done Implementation of ESOS Schemes of the Company, allotment of shares to employees on exercise of options, and its listing at NSE and BSE

- Preparation of Notice of AGM, Directors Report, Report on Corporate Governance, and another statutory report for the Annual Report.

- Should be handling international compliances
