Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Job location -Kitab Mahal, Fort, Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

• The incumbent should be ACS with at least 3-4 years post qualifications experience of handling Corporate Secretarial, Company Law, and other applicable legal compliances, etc
• Good knowledge of SEBI Listing, Take Over Code and Insider Trading regulations would be an advantage
• Handling few unlisted companies in the Group
• May have to shoulder group related responsibilities in the relevant field of secretarial
