Urgent opening For the post of Technical Head

Position Overview :

The Technical Head will be responsible for overseeing the successful registration of our customer projects under various international standards and mechanisms, such as UNFCCC, Verra, Gold Standard, IREC, etc. He will also oversee the advocacy of policy matters

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic vision and leadership abilities to drive our technological advancements and ensure that our projects earn high-quality carbon credits.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Registration: Oversee the technical processes for the registration of our customer projects under international mechanisms such as UNFCCC, Verra, Gold Standard, IREC etc.

- Compliance with standards: Ensure compliance with relevant international standards and protocols, maintain the highest levels of accuracy and quality.

- Innovation: Drive innovation in our processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project registration and verification.

- Team Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Policy Advocacy: Advocate for policies that promote effective carbon offsetting mechanisms and support the company's mission.

- Stakeholder Engagement Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including project developers, consultants, regulatory bodies, and policymakers, to facilitate smooth project registrations and industry progress.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project registration and compliance.

-Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project statuses, outcomes and industry trends for executive leadership and external stakeholders.

-Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and platforms to support project registration and monitoring.
