Techno-Functional Consultant - Peoplesoft Financials Module (4-8 yrs)

Job Title : PeopleSoft Finance Technical AP Consultant

Experience : 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize PeopleSoft AP functionalities to meet business requirements.

- Provide support for PeopleSoft AP users, troubleshooting and resolving issues.

- Develop and maintain documentation for PeopleSoft AP configurations and customizations.

- Understand and apply best practices for PeopleSoft AP implementation and support.

- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.

- Utilize PeopleSoft development tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Query Manager to create and modify customizations.

- Develop integrations between PeopleSoft AP and other systems.

- Possess a strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and best practices.

- Familiarity with related modules like General Ledger, Purchasing, and eSettlements.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Analyze and resolve complex PeopleSoft AP issues.

- Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.

- Proactively monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Work effectively with diverse teams, including business users, functional consultants, and other technical staff.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Participate in project meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials with a focus on the Accounts Payable (AP) module.

- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft AP functionalities.

- Familiarity with related modules like General Ledger, Purchasing, and eSettlements.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving PeopleSoft AP issues.

- Experience with SQL queries and PeopleSoft tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Query Manager.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
