CMSS - PeopleSoft Developer (1-4 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled PeopleSoft Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in PeopleSoft, strong SQL knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering customization, enhancements, and solutions for PeopleSoft HCM applications. This role requires a blend of technical and functional knowledge to support and optimize PeopleSoft systems while ensuring system security and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

1. PeopleSoft Development and Customization :

- Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools, Application Designer, and Application Engine.

- Implement enhancements to improve system functionality and meet business requirements.

- Analyze and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks.

2. SQL and Database Management :

- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support PeopleSoft applications.

- Perform data analysis and provide technical solutions to improve data integrity and accuracy.

3. PeopleSoft HCM Functional Knowledge :

- Understand and support core HCM modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and Workforce Administration.

- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

4. Application Engine and Workflow Management :

- Develop, test, and maintain Application Engine programs and processes.

- Create and configure workflow processes to streamline business operations.

5. Security and Compliance :

- Configure and manage PeopleSoft security, including roles, permissions, and user profiles.

- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.

6. Collaboration and Support :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.

- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for end-users.

7. Documentation and Best Practices :

- Maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and processes.

- Follow industry best practices and contribute to the improvement of development standards and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Developer with a strong focus on HCM applications.

- Expertise in PeopleTools, Application Designer, Application Engine, and Component Interfaces.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management (Oracle preferred).

- Experience in PeopleSoft security configuration and management.

- Hands-on experience in customization, enhancements, and integration projects.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
