Oracle Cloud Specialist - HCM/FAH Modules (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

We are actively seeking experienced Oracle Cloud specialists for various roles within our organization.

These roles cover a range of Oracle Cloud modules and functionalities, requiring strong expertise in areas such as HCM, Payroll, Financials, Compensation, and integration tools like OIC, PL/SQL, and BI Publisher.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud implementation, development, and support, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within teams.

Open Positions :

- HCM Fast Formula Developer (Payroll & Time & Labor Modules)

- Expertise in developing HCM Fast Formulas for Oracle Cloud HCM.

- Experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Cloud

Connector (BICC).

- Oracle FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) Cloud Accounting Lead

- Hands-on experience in Oracle FAH and Cloud Accounting Hub.

- Strong knowledge in Oracle Cloud R2R (Record to Report) and Joint Venture Management.

- Zuora Billing Specialist

- Extensive experience with Zuora Billing systems and integrations.

- Oracle HCM Compensation Specialist

- Expertise in Oracle HCM Compensation modules, configuration, and optimization.

- Oracle Cloud Payables Discovery Support (AP)

- Individual contributor role supporting Oracle Cloud Payables (AP) module.

- Oracle Cloud R2R Support (FAH or Joint Venture Management)

- Individual contributor role focusing on Oracle Cloud R2R and Joint Venture Management.

- PAAS Extensions Developer (APEX, PL/SQL, ATP, OIC, BIP Reports, FBDI)

- Experience in building PAAS extensions using APEX, PL/SQL, OIC, and BIP Reports.

- Strong expertise in Financials (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.

- Oracle Cloud Integration Specialist (OIC, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher)

- Proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud modules specific to each role.

- Develop and maintain custom extensions using Oracle PAAS (APEX, PL/SQL).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and meet business requirements.

- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Cloud and other business systems using OIC and related technologies.

- Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members as required.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud development or support roles.

- Strong expertise in specific Oracle modules relevant to the role (e.g, HCM, Payroll, Financials, Compensation).

- Hands-on experience with OTBI, BICC, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Proficient in APEX, PL/SQL, FBDI, and BIP Reports.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
