Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales & Tendering teams to understand project/tender requirements and provide technical support during the pre-sales process.
• Collaborate with OEMs/Suppliers for technical compliance and evaluation before final tender submissions.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, quotations, and proposals for tenders and customer offers.
• Offer technical guidance throughout the sales/tendering process, including preparing technical offers, compliance documents, and other related materials.
• Design and propose CCTV surveillance system solutions, including system layout, equipment selection, and network integration based on client needs.
• Stay updated on the latest CCTV, FDA, PA, and ACS system technologies by working closely with vendors and manufacturers.
• Provide input on tender responses, RFPs, and RFIs and assist in troubleshooting technical issues during pre-sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical role, specifically for CCTV, FDA, PA, and ACS Systems.
• Strong technical expertise in CCTV, FDA, PA, and ACS systems, including reading and understanding RFPs and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, technical support, or similar roles in the security & surveillance industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
