We serve our clients across the industry in various sectors like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Steel, Mining, Cement, Transportation, and other critical infrastructure including Hospitals, Airports etc.

Role: The Sales Manager will be responsible for handling the entire sales process including lead generation, relationship management and deal closure. He should be able to represent the organization effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings and identify how our solutions address the needs of the consumer.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and execute strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the companys reach.

2. Meet with potential clients and grow long lasting relationships that address their needs.

3. Manage month end and year closing processes.

4. Identify and explore new markets and tap business opportunities in different segments.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years experience in project sales (preferably in Industrial ELV Segment).

2. Knowledge about Security (CCTV, ACS), Fire (detection/suppression), Plant Communication (PAGA/PAVA), EPABX etc. will be preferred.

3. Candidate must have experience of engagement with Consultants, EPCs, and End Users.

4. Strong negotiation skills.

5. Open to travel.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

7. Strong understanding of company operations.
