Technical Support Engineer - Troubleshooting (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical troubleshooting capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and a strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service.

This role involves supporting enterprise-level clients and requires flexibility to work across multiple time zones (AMS, APJ, EMEA hours) as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for enterprise software solutions, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Windows Server, Windows Client, networking, Active Directory, and printers.

- Utilize network diagnostic tools, such as Windows Event Viewer, to identify and resolve problems efficiently.

- Collaborate with IT professionals to address their technical concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes and resolutions.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in LAN and WAN troubleshooting.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree/qualification.

- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, directly supporting IT professionals.

- Strong expertise in Windows Server and Client troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in networking and network troubleshooting.

- Skills in LAN, WAN, Active Directory, and printer troubleshooting.

- Experience with network diagnostic tools and Windows Event Viewer.

- Familiarity with Active Directory and printer troubleshooting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Ability to work across multiple time zones as required.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in enterprise business-to-business (B2B) technical support.

- Exposure to Software as a Service (SaaS) support environments.
