Searches relevant CVs from active sources like softcopy database, job portals, employee referrals data and databank as well as taking assistance from outsourcing consultancies, colleges Schedules and co-ordinates interview with the respective department / interviewer and handling all interview related calls including salary negotiation Informs the candidate and completes pre joining formalities, provides document list which he/she has to produce on the day of joining and explain him/her salary breakup and other joining details Post releasing offer to the candidates, follow up with them for maintaining the documents and ensuring confirmation of their joining Completes post joining formalities by issuing appointment letters, verify the documents submitted by the joinee, makes filling up of joining form, provides guidance for medical exam, logistic rules, bank form for opening salary accounts and communicate with accounts department for other formalities Keeping track of the Assets(such as Mobile Sim, Laptop, Mobile Phone etc.) for all the existing employees & New Joinees Preparing MIS on Recruitment tracker on a daily basis Completes all post joining formalities of new recruits Generates report on Recruitment MIS.
