Job Role

As a Trade Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's presence within the distribution channel. Your role involves collaborating with distributors & dealers to drive sales, increase market value, and achieve revenue targets.


Work Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • To develop the Revenue of Wildcraft Gear, FW & Apparel, Luggage, Innerwear, Personal Care Products in the territory assigned.
  • Achieving channel/category wise secondary and primary sales targets and planning / executing initiatives enabling the same.
  • Monitor selling trends and competitors' activities to make strategies for market selling.
  • Manage distributor DSOs & assist to execute sales plan.

2. Distributor and Dealer Management:

  • Conduct regular meetings with partners to ensure network management & expansion within the channel.
  • Identify potential distributors and dealers within the channel and establish strong partnerships to enable business growth and help open new doors.
  • Developing the multi-Category channel.
  • Collection Management from all partners.
  • Ensure Product requirements and execute service policy to resolve dealer concerns.
  • Manage after sales service-related issues at dealer level.

3. Trade Promotions:

  • Ensure the effective execution of marketing schemes and promotions.
  • Monitoring and driving local level promotions to achieve targets and feedback on schemes / products.
  • Implement the POS display material installation at dealer level & ensure to manage display hygiene as per company policy.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Timely Reports submission and Adherence to sales Norms.
  • Competition Tracking & Audits.
  • Implementation of company policies as applicable.

5. Business Relationship:

  • Assisting the Manager in managing / restructuring DB's and markets in tune to a healthy business dynamic.
  • Helping manager in firming up Business plans of DB's and key accounts.
  • Implementation of company policies as applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4yrs experience in Distribution / General Trade/ Channel Sales / FMCG trade.
  • Should have diversified Trade Distribution Sales network.

Other Requirements:

  • This is a frontline field sales job and will require extensive travel intra and intercity.
  • Strong business orientation and Acumen.
  • Good Customer focus and communication skills.
  • Good Execution skills.
