Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Present internal executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request.

Set up and configure data models.

Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.

Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.

Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journey, and such.

Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.

Advise teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates.

Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.

Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders

Skills

Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud

Solution design

Knowledge of opportunity and account management

Relationship tree creation and maintenance

Experience with marketing cloud manager

Experience with third party products integration (e.g. Loopio, Sirion, Conga) is a bonus and good to have

Data segmentation, optimization, and management

Scripting and query

Knowledge in Javascript and Ampscript is a bonus

Multi-channel subscriber management

Digital marketing knowledge

Web analytics

Project management

Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS
