Role & responsibilities

• Understanding of Contact Builder, Data Segmentation, and customer Journey Builder optimization.
• Personalized Email Development: Build highly dynamic email templates using AMP script and data-driven logic. We have good base structures and want to continue to grow it.
  Developing additional SSJS and AMP script solutions beyond landing pages for advanced data manipulation and workflows.
• API Integration & Cloud Pages: Assistance in implementing REST and SOAP APIs for SFMC and external platforms. Know when to use each type.
• Automation Studio & Journey Builder: Design complex automations and customer journeys.
• Data Integration: Manage and integrate external data sources into SFMC for segmentation and personalization.
• GitHub Version Control: Utilization of GitHub for version control and collaboration across teams.
• Script Activities in Automation Studio: Leverage scripting to handle data structures and Azure-based integrations within SFMC.

Qualifications:

• Experience with SFMC APIs (REST/SOAP) and automation tools like Automation Studio.
• Strong SSJS and AMP script skills for advanced scripting.
• Familiar with GitHub for code management.
• Salesforce Trailblazer certification.

Huge Bonus:

• Experience with Intelligence Reports & Internation Studio/Personalization is a HUGE bonus. We currently are only using SFMCs out of the box reporting AND Intelligence Reports for campaign reporting.
• Familiarity or experience with Azure/AWS integrations is a plus.
• Portfolio or link to work is ideal or at the very least Trailhead profile to see at minimum SFMC Email Specialist or at least 2-3 years of SFMC in various capacities.
