Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud, with a proven track record of implementing and optimizing customer engagement solutions. This role focuses on driving personalized customer experiences, streamlining service operations, and delivering marketing campaigns through automation. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions that align with business objectives and enhance the overall customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable Marketing Cloud solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop multi-channel marketing automation strategies, including email, SMS, push notifications, and social media campaigns.
• Implement advanced segmentation, customer journeys, personalization, and dynamic content.
• Lead the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Warehouses, and third-party applications.
• Optimize data models, automation workflows, and campaign performance using analytics tools such as Datorama, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and marketing teams on best practices and platform capabilities.
• Design and implement custom AMPscript, SQL queries, API integrations, and scripting solutions to extend Marketing Cloud functionality.

Salesforce Service Cloud (Secondary Focus)

• Support the architecture and optimization of Service Cloud, focusing on case management, automation, knowledge base, and self-service portals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service processes using automation and AI-powered tools.
• Configure and maintain Omni-Channel, Live Agent, Chatbots, and Knowledge Management.
• Ensure seamless Marketing Cloud & Service Cloud integration to provide a 360-degree customer view.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track customer engagement and service performance.

Job Timing - 01:00pm to 10:00pm
