Job Description: Role: Agency Audit Management

What You Will Do:

• Coordinate with the auditing agency to facilitate the agency audit process.
• Ensure that compliance-related documentation is consistently updated and available on a monthly basis within the agency.
• Distribute the audit report at regular intervals as per the agreed schedule.
• Provide training to agency staff on audit-related procedures and best practices.
• Evaluate and review the practices of the auditing agency to ensure they align with industry standards and effectiveness.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• 2 to 5 years' work experience in collection agency audit.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech preferred.
