Job Description

• Lead and oversee collections operations to achieve assigned targets, ensuring control of flow rates

across all buckets in multiple zones/regions.

• Develop and implement productivity benchmarks for agency teams and monitor their performance.

• Conduct regular reviews of agency operations, resolve escalated customer issues through strategic

interventions, and ensure effective portfolio disposition.

• Evaluate, onboard, and manage multiple collection agencies to ensure efficient operations across

zones.

• Plan capacity, set up zonal strategies, and provide regular training for agency teams to improve their

capabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Analyze collection performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to senior

management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance recovery strategies and maintain strong

stakeholder relationships.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in collections, with at least 3 years in a zonal or regional leadership

role.

• Expertise in managing and motivating large agency networks and agents across regions.

• Strong track record in achieving collections targets and improving recovery rates.

• In-depth knowledge of collections processes, regulations, and compliance requirements, preferably in

Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sectors.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in using advanced collection tools and software for portfolio management.
