Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Marketing professional to oversee our graphic design, video editing, social media, and digital marketing initiatives. This role involves leading the creative team, developing engaging digital content, and strategizing effective marketing campaigns to enhance our brand presence. Its a fulltime workfrom office job. Work Location is Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads, and email campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to drive growth.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the creative team to ensure timely and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand content needs and execute effective campaigns.
• Plan and execute content strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content for maximum reach.
• Create visually appealing graphics, videos, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with our brand identity.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in digital marketing, Graphic design or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, video editing, social media management, and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.
• Experience with social media platforms, content planning, and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and email marketing campaigns.

Work Location is Whitefield, Bengaluru.
