Java Developer - Finacle Customization (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for a Java Developer with expertise in Finacle to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices, coupled with hands-on experience in Finacle customization and development. This is a development-focused role, and candidates currently in support roles will not be considered.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications leveraging Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

- Customize and enhance Finacle core banking modules as per business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless development and deployment processes.

- Debug and resolve technical issues in applications and services.

- Ensure code quality through best practices, including testing and code reviews.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven 5+ years of experience in Java development and Finacle customization.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Skills :

- Java : Strong programming and problem-solving skills.

- Spring Boot : Proficient in building and managing RESTful APIs and applications.

- Microservices : Expertise in microservices design, development, and orchestration.

- CI/CD : Hands-on experience with tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.

- Finacle : Good knowledge and development experience inFinacle core banking solutions.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
